When building a Wordpress blog that I wanted index by Google for Adsense revenue, do I post my articles as pages or as blog posts? Thanks!

Dan

usually as blogs. Pages is just for static content such as 'contact us' or 'about us'

Yeah, for general articles, you'll be primarily 'posting' them on your blog. As jeanywill said, your pages are reserved for static content that acts as a constant on your site. However, depending on your niche/topic, you could certainly use articles to create static pages (if the information in the article fits nicely into a certain category that you're looking to pinpoint on your site).

If you're writing say 10 articles or so for your website, then why would you use a blog like site? Why not make it static, so it's more like a webpage? Genuine question!

I always put the full article on static wordpress sites and make a preview post with about 150 words with a "continue reading here" link in the blog. So the crawler comes oftener and the blog sites are also shown up in your rss feed.

Not much different as some of micro-niche sites of mine using pages only and they're doing pretty well.
