Wordpress and contact form specialist

I need someone that knows the in and outs of wordpress. I need the next things done:
- Tweak our existing contact form
- Optimize the loading speed where possible
- Install a pop-up plugin
- If you have any experience with Zappier, that would be great.
- Experience with phonesites would be great.

Since this forum has a bunch of wannabes, I will do a thorough screening. I don't care about fancy postings; I want to see actual work done by you.
