Wordpress Admin and member signup

Hello All,

I have created a website on wordpress for a client. After researching find a good theme finally desiging is complete.

The client is asking he want a feature where he wants admin panel where he can post his stuff which is visible only to his paid member who subscribe to his services.

Can this be done thru database connectivity or some plugin? Could you anyone provide any guide, will be really helpful.

I was also exploring ultimate member tool from few days. Seems like have less features that i am looking for.

Do you know which one is the best with more features.

1 more question: I am unable to import my substack list to WordPress (tried the substack plugin)
