Wordpress / Ad inserter, change link parameters depending on post

Hi all,

First sorry for my bad english, i hope to be understood.

I use Wordpress and Ad inserter. So i promote a link from an affiliate company. But i need to change the link dynamically with my own content.

Sample LINK URL:
sampleurl.com/?Picture=urlofpicture.jpg&postName=titleofpost

I need to change urlofpicture.jpg with the url of thumbnail posted in post and titleofpost with the Title of the post.

Can you show me the way to makes that with ad inserter or anything else ?
