I am trying to figure out how to access a WordPress account if I don't have the username and pass? Any Ideas?

Perhaps you can do a password reset? Else you pretty much lost it.

This smells fishy. Are you trying to get access to wordpress sites other than your own?
If you have access to the database you can create a password, go to an online MD5 Hash converter and convert the password to a Hash. Then find the database field for the user password and replace the value with the newly created hash. Simple. Find a tutorial online by googleing How to Reset a WordPress Password from phpMyAdmin.

Guys don't be like that... Help him. 
If you don't know username and password then click on "Forgot password" link and follow instructions on screen.
If you need help it's wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
Oh and if you are not owner of that website it would be a bit harder thing to do...
