It looks like certain plugins and/or outdated templates might not be compatible with the latest version of WP.
The latest version is all about WP blocks, and maybe you should check if there is any incompatibility with this.

You NEVER update, ever! Updates always bring problems with them. And if youre not a developer or a coder, and even if you re, it will cost you to fix all the shit problams that will appear.

So you never update anything unless you absolutely have to.
