Wordpress 5.6 is out update your sites

I always like to leave it a few days to make sure there are no reports of problems.
 
I'm not updating as quick as possible when update is released. I give it some days, maybe week or two week to see someone reports about bugs. After that good to go. I'm doing this always.
 
When publishing does this edition use the horrible layout?

Not even sure what its called haha.

I don't update because publishing on it is a massive pain in my arse.
 
I always wait for at least a month :D
 
I enabled it in my smallest site and will observe it for 1 month, just like other WP updates, before upgrading other big websites.
 
I like to wait or/and update one website, see how things are with the latest version too.
 
I always first upgrade my localhost. If all goes smooth and works well, then I go live. In this case, all went good and I'm already running WP5.6 and WC4.8. Waiting for my host to upgrade the server to PHP 8.0 too.
 
Someone told me older plugin and themes might not work after the update. So, better wait for themes and plugins to get updated
 
Got 2 sites broken after updating to 5.6
It's not because of the actual update but some plugins not working with this
