Wordpess New user registration ?

How is it possible to register as a new user ? Because when I try to register I get error like "User registration is currently not allowed." But I can see other people manage to register in that site and posting articles. Any loophole ?

Is this your website? If not then they prolly have it closed down.

If it is your website,Visit your general WordPress settings and check Anyone can register.

Sorry, but I'm not sure I understand your question...

Are you trying to register on your own site or 3rd party site?

That massage usually means registrations are blocked by admin. Alternatively, site might have been moved and you got the wrong URL. Like site.com -> site.com/blog
