WordAI payment problem

I signed up to the WordAI trial last week, I tried it and didn't like it. 2 Articles I threw at it came back with some really big problems where words were changed to other words not connected in anyway.

The big offender was "VHS" to "only", there were a lot more but it meant the software didn't live up to its requirements for me. Back to the good old hand writing for me

I cancelled everything WordAI related from my PayPal and its seemed to work 3 days ago as I got an email saying payment had failed. Then this morning I got an email from PayPal saying my account had been charged $49.99 from WordAI and it hadn't used any of the pre-approved payments, it was just a clean instant payment.

I have emailed "Alex" at WordAI but I just want to see if you guys have had any issues like this? If so, what happened? Should I just go straight to PayPal or will I wait for WordAI to respond to me?

Exactly the same happened to me and i also waiting Alex from WordAi to respond, there is two of us with that problem and there is for sure more guys with same problem

May be you used basic Wordai plan? Try Tuning plan and you can expect better quality spun articles.

Both of the above users got their issues resolved almost immediately - in both cases it was a simple misunderstanding (they were looking in the wrong place for their Paypal subscription).
