Wordai customer support is the worst ever.

I signed up for a trial for both articleforge and wordai.
and later, I decided to cancel my articleforge subscription and for wordai I requested the support to end the trial and activate my subscription.
2 days and no answer.
honestly, I will rate it as a worst communication or support ever.
as the trial ends automatically in 3days and I wasted my time to write them because 24 more hours and my subscription will be activated itself.
a great tool is nothing when there is not a great customer support behind it.
 
anyone with the same experience or something similar?
 
As far as I remember you can cancel them yourself and you don't need support for that.
