word replace question

Hi,

I have a list with websites to submit backlinks.
I'm trying to run it through imacros, but it's so boring to always change those descriptions, url's, ... etc

Does anybody now how you can replace every word with another word in 1 time ?

I mean if you have this:

url, description, tag
url, description, tag
url, description, tag
url, description, tag
url, description, tag

If i want to change 'description' to --> 'Hi everybody'
How could i do this with 1 click ?

I thought it was possible with Word or Excell ?
