Word Press Blog Plug In Help Please

On my site I have all the categories posted on the home page with no box around it or anything so it looks ugly.

I?m trying to figure out what plug-in this site uses. www.betvega.com

Where it says College Football Betting News and has the little picture next to the story. Any help with be greatly appreciated.
I did a view source and I can?t figure it out..

There is not a specific plugin for that. It's the theme. Either change your theme or you can style your current theme with CSS.
