WooCommerce theme, 20-30 products, Api implementation

Whats going on with the API system? If i dont want to accomplish the orders manually, can i implement an api systen which is giving the orders to my supplier?

Are wordpress websites generally completly customisable also in code ect. if i would hire a developer/designer?

i checked ecommerce theme and avada, any more suggestions for a newbie?..

Would be great to hear some inputs
