Woocommerce Stats Manipulation

There's a guy I know that is able to change his website's Woocommerce Stats as he likes. Meaning he's able to make it look like his website is getting hundreds of sales even tho he isn't getting any.. He even proved it to me by lending me Acces to one of his site's and changing his Woocommerce Stats infront of my eyes. Now the thing is, he doesn't want to tell me how he does it and I don't blame him for it. Does anyone here have an idea on how he might be doing this? I'm incredibly curious.

In his admin panel he added a button to add sale numbers to the sales figure.
