Woocommerce internal linking question?

Hey guys,
Currently, I'm struggling with my website, which has about 10K+ products on 30+ niches. The site I've been working on for 2 years since the first time I know what is SEO, so the internal linking of my website is just a huge mess. So I'm looking for some advice on this. Is there any better way than going into every product and manually set up the linking?
Edit#1: My site is already ranked pretty well with some super easy keywords. Does linking product correctly will help my site rank better? For moderate keywords, It only ranked in top 4 - 9 top.

You can use something like Yoast Premium for its automated internal linking tool, or work w/ something like "internal links manager".

The best thing I see is to hire a VA, and teach him/her what to do. I don't trust in automatic things (plugins, etc).

I've already purchased Yoast premium, but it only gives me the internal linking suggestion so I can manually update it. Is there anything else I've missed here?
