Woocommerce - Have Different people manage different orders

Hello BHW

I have a store where I want to delegate certain orders to certain people, how can I do that? plugins, custom code snippets, freaking prayers as am up to a point where I would literally do anything to make this happen so please advise. Thanks.

Edit: To elaborate more, sorry about that.

I have services A, B, C. I want to set it up so that whenever a customer places an order, i go to the dashboard and edit it and give access to a spcific staff member who will then be able to process the order and mark it as Completed. Note that only the chosen staff member should be able to do that and not the rest of the staff/market managers.

Create email rules based off keywords in the item ordered and forward them to specific email addresses.

First of all, thank you for taking the time to reply to me. I am not sure am following you well enough. Will this enable me from assigning the specific order to a specific staff member/market manager? and only they will be able to process the order?

I mean I have services A, B, C, and Market Managers 1,2 & 3

So a client submits an order and I go from the dashboard and assign this order to either 1,2 or 3

Well, not in Woocommerce itself. Creating an email rule would simply forward an order confirmation email containing specific keywords to a specific emailadress from the member/manager you would like to handle the order so they get notified of it without getting every order confirmation that comes in.

I searched around a bit but this doesn't seem to be possible from within Woocommerce itself.

still looking you guys for a way to get this done, just point me in the right direction, much obliged.

This seems to do with assigning specific user "Shop Manager" roles to your staff:
