Woocommerce and UPS integration- need immediate assistance

I have a client's site built in wordpress with woocommerce and the UPS shipping plugin. The shipping calculator keeps hanging every time it tries to calculate the correct amount. I've turned on debugging and I'm not finding any issues. This shouldn't take more than an hour to fix as I'm assuming it's some small configuration problem. If you think you can fix it, let me know.

I got a reply from someone but he's not online. Can anyone provide assistance with this? I'll pay you immediately if you can fix this problem.

Its a paid plugin. As long as he didnt use a nulled version, I dont think he can share it.
