WooCommerce and Amazon item import plugin

hey bhw.
tl;dr: I'm lazy; looking for a one-click way to import amazon items' details into editor of woocommerce.

I have a woocommerce website, on which I list amazon items, changing pics, descriptions, etc, then dropshipping them. But I have to copy-paste the descriptions, and manually put pics up.
Is there a plugin that could automatically import amazon details of an item (by url, for example) directly into my new item editor in woocommerce?
I've heard of the woozone plugin, but if I'm not mistaken, it's used for affiliates, and I'm not using that same business model; anyone knows if it can be used for my needs?
