Won't Refund

Hi everyone,

I have done some business with Khirad. He was supposed to give me 600 likes in facebook to be done within 2 days. I have paid him 40$ before hand. He was only able to do 300 likes. Now, I'm asking him to refund half of my money since he was only able to do half of the job. But it seems that he's ignoring my messages.

Hi, Is the 2 day over? if yes, then tell him do the rest of the work immediately asap. And if he/she still ignoring your message and not able to complete rest of the work. then report to shit list thread.

Currently seems many innocent people scammed here with some Bad BHW member.

And i recommended to you in the feature do not make a deal outside BS section. or Only make a deal with trusted people and before deal talk with the seller clearly about your project & payment terms.
