Wondering if this is possible.

Take for instance you have a site that you would like to gather the names on ranking pages and there is say 50 pages.

You then want to send a message to all of these people listed on the ranking pages limit 10 at a time

How would you be able to do something like this?


I am very interested in learning about this.
