Won a Godaddy auction - Now what?

I've won and paid for 4 domains on Godaddy auctions but I can't manage them (change nameservers, etc.?).

How many time does it take until I can?

wait for a message from GD for "your transaction is complete". It usually takes up to 10 days for this to come through. Once you receive this you can log into your cp and manage the domain as normal.
