Did anybody else use this service and get a response to support tickets? I put more money in the account today and then came on here and see he closed the thread and is no longer handling the service?! Would have been smart to disable ordering. Anyway has anybody gotten a response from this clown.

Have you contacted him for a refund or have you attempted to get in touch with him at all? If not, that's the first action you should take.

I'm not to concerned but I haven't gotten a response from him and I contacted support around 11am eastern and it's 5:18pm. I wouldn't have even known that the service was closed if I didn't check here. I just assumed there was an instagram issue. Regardless I'll wait it out.

i shut down service due to cease and desist email from Facebook

i already made refund for all.

Same issue here. Support stopped responding and I still have balance on my account waiting to be refunded.

I submitted a ticket on March 10th, after I accidentally ordered some credit (before I read in your thread that the service was no longer available), and I still haven't received any refund.

Just saw that the login is disabled on your site today while trying to check the status of the ticket since I haven't heard anything back.
