Well, I am not a wizzard, but it depends on what you're promoting.
1) If you spam some fake stuff like PPI, obviously would be better to get at least 1k followers for each account, in order to gain credibility.
2) If you promote cpa offers (this is what I do) you can start post your links as soon as you get 100-200 followers on each account.
3) when you promote articles from an adsense site, in my opinion you can post your links from day 1 as there is 0 spam. You only share niche related, useful, quality content. I see no reason why would you wait for x number of followers.

Ive tried by it had a negative effect on me and its hard to go thru 22 000 ads to see which you will approve or not.

I am slowly recuperating and probably it will take a while but I noticed that my earnings are slowly increasing and I am hopping it will grow higher.
I accidentally found out what my third niche with be and I think it would be perfect for twitter and maybe I will not wait to long to start that to.
Also I will try x10 other ways how monetize from twitter in different ways, I am working little bit on spreading into other stuff like amazon and authority sites.
This is the time when I grow or fall, there is not middle.
There are many people who failed hard and ended up with 0, becouse they where ignorant enough to believed it will last for ever and didn't tried any other shit while they had money.

How do you promote cpa offers? Do you repeat every 1-2 hr the same offers? Do you use own domain or directly offer url?

Yes, I repeat same offers. I redirect to offers trough my own domains with a script. This way twitter can't see redirection.

So you have 12 tweets per day and they all nagging the same offers with the same words or you changing words, pics and urls? FL has function that adding to the end url something like that /?56df

Finally some progress
OP i have a question. Do you have problem with attached images to tweets? Ceause 30% of my tweets published without image (i set up 100% with image). You had this kind of problem?
Sometimes if the proxy is slow at the time of tweeting. I am always trying to get my images below 150kb to ensure better success rate.

Yesterday was kinda OK, the same earnings but my visitors count was way more and I expected to have at least little bit more earnings then 12 eur. Today is not going that great but there is still time so will see what will happen.
I managed to fix/edit everything with he new theme so if everything goes well I should start using the new theme from tomorrow this time and hopping that my earnings will increase as the ads will be shown fully via mobile and not cropped.

You said you post 15x2 times per day. Do you do it using followliker ? Do you open 15 instances of the software, 1 for every posting time?
If so, how does your VPS handle it ?

Yesterday earnings are surprisingly bad but that its I don't want to get into that more.
The good thing is I just activated the new theme and setup everything ( I am just hoping I didn't forgot anything else ). I am not sure how the overall theme will perform, I think it loads little bit faster which is great but for the look I don't know what to think of it.
Anyway the ads are loading completely, they are not cut down down 20-30% as with my previous theme. I am hopping this will increase my CTR and overall earnings, but time will tell.
Also remove the pagination of the beginning of the post to test if people will read more. Maybe sometimes when people see from start that its more then 2-3 pages they will get discourage and leave but not they will not know until they reach the end of the page. The other thing I am taking into consideration that if they don't know how many pages are there, they might not even noticed that there is more pages after they finish with the first page, and that is why I am testing this to see how it will perform.

Taboola sucks for me right now, I didn't have the time to optimize it but I think I will not get more the few cents a day because its shows article that are not in my niche.
It looks great but I was alredy working on the other theme. But I don't exclude the possibility to check out that theme also.
Yes, I use FL but I have only one instance for tweeting for lest say 20 acc. They all have there own tweets load in and tweet when the time comes.
So far my VPS is handling it OK I have a VPS with 4gb of ram and I am running 180 acc on it around 10 instances but probably they will be 13-15 instances when I start tweeting with the new accounts.
