Actually you don't need lot of money. You will need like $70-100 to start and monthly from $10-40 depending of how many proxies you'll be using and will you be using your machine or VPS.
following this thread as I am also starting with twitter. What are your plans with monetizing. Secondly, can you tell have you tested techniques to get clicks from Twitter accounts.
I mean how can we get a lot of clicks from Twitter accounts to a link.

I'm not considering about monetizing methods in this moment. I am searching and learning but I'm not considering nothing serious until I get at lest 30-40K of followers, then I will experiment with different methods and see what methods brings the most $$ to my niche.
I suppose different niche have different monetizing strategies that works best, so you will need to find what is the best method for your niche.
I'm not using any VPS. I am using it on my PC and surprisingly it does not take a lot of recurses. In the moment i have only 15 accounts and honestly I can't notice any difference in my PC performance or net performance.
I suggest you start with your pc and if your need become to much for your PC then transfer your bot to VPS.

I guess I wont need proxies at all. Yesterday I have read this thread. The guy uses single IP for mutliple accounts. I believe he has more then 10, because in one day he followed 20000 people and twitter allows 900 max per account.. He says there is no bans any more and twitter rules allows you to create as many accounts as you want. The information is pretty fresh, but I still will read the rules carefuly, to check If I really can create unlimited amount of accounts.

I would not trust that thread to much. Following the max allowed on a new accounts, 10 new accounts on same IP will raise red flags. Maybe you will get away with it for a wile until twitter register your activities.
Twitter is good and I am having like 10 accounts with almost 800-1000 folowers each but the bad part is that there are tweets every second so it is hard to get impressions and clicks. If somebody found out a way to generate more impressions and click then that would be great if he shares.
Secondly, the previous thread of Connect6 in which he includes that he had 18000 followers altogether and gained 53 clicks. This is not motivating obviously as those clicks were not even targetted. Now the problem is to figure our how people generate 10000-20000 click to a website post using twitter.
I know they got like 100's of accounts but how many, and what about the followers, what about the hashtags, any secret sauce.
Still need to figure this all out. I am having problem building twitter accounts as I do not have dedicated proxies but still I will try to figure these all things out and if I am successful I can guarantee that earning decent income would be easy.

The avarage twitter users is following no more then 100-150 other users, most of them are under 100. It not like every users have 1000 followers and whatever you post will disappear in few seconds below.
You have 10K total followers which is not to much honestly, try to reach 100K and probably you will feel the difference.

It's obvious they get their followers naturally I mean active people followed them!
NOT like the way we do it, following a bunch of accounts and they follow us back most of them probably are bots I've been doing this for the last months and the Clickthrough rate is so damn low...
so I gotta find another way to do it.

I don't agree with you. Most of people who will be flowing you will be real people, yes there are bots but have in mind they are only a little fraction of the followers.
After you get to have a big number of followers and you will start to grow naturally with every tweet you make someone will comment/favorite and that is how you grow naturally buy being more exposed.

Well, maybe you are right. Anyway I will start with only 2 accounts in the beginning. Will be focusing on quality until I learn the curve. And if everything goes well, will buy proxies, bot, vps etc..

Why not with 3
Search the BHW maybe there is a free twitter bot, it will be easier for you.
Manually you cant remove the followers as fast and you can't know which followers is older then let say 4 days to remove it if not followed.
If you can afford a bod I strongly suggest you buy one.

Interesting journey! Several things I would like to say. First thing, don't worry about DMCA because its basically impossible to track a t.co link. Second thing, when getting people to follow...target and filter as much as possible. And make sure you never follow the same person twice across all of your accounts because it totally defeats the reason to have multiple accounts (most bots say they do this but they actually don't). Keep us updated because i'm interested on how this will turn out!

I actually don't worry the images I am using are all over the place. Thank you for the advices and actually I am doing just that.
My filters are really strict when comparing the rest on BHW. I follow only people who have photos and have followers (let sat more then 20) and following.
Also to most important thing for me is I'm not following back!
Why?
Because I am a page not a person, if people follow me they don't expect you to follow them back. If its a bot he will unfollow you after x days if you don't follow him back.
And this is important to me, as much I want to have large numbers of followers quality over quantity is my goal.

Update:
I have reached 3K total followers.
I am still with 15 accounts and its frustrating the sellers is nowhere to be found. She is late she promised me 48 hours TAT and she is late more then 30 hours.
The interesting thing is I have shared a link(its a interesting post in this niche) on all of the accounts.
I did this 15 hours earlier and I was amazed by the results.
By now I have 380 unique visitors to my site from just that share( the site usually have 10-20 sometimes up to 50 visitors daily ) and I have earned a whooping 1euro buy now on my adsense.
I am pretty satisfied with the results that I'm getting right now, but its to early to tell as this might be an anomaly.

I will not add any popup ads as its against adsense TOS. The 1euro is just a nice surprise, the test was how much visitors I will get in this early stage which is by now 400 unique visitors.
