No,
you may be thinking of wordpress.com which is very different from wordpress.org that is being suggested by the other members.
Wordpress.org is free and open source to use.

well as everyone said and I will repeat wordpress, lots of plugins, themes and options to select is really popular and still updating frequently.

Surely Wordpress. Big community, lots of plugin, tutorials, good for SEO optimization etc Don`t even know reason why to use Wix, maybe to teach kids how to build small landing pages...

WordPress is good but more difficult than Wix, I think before you make your final decision to go with WordPress, you should review and understand WordPress completely.
