You can use web automation tools/coding if there is no captcha or multi layer verification (makes it more complicated and more expensive)

Anything on the Wix platform (forums/profiles/comments etc) is a javascript soup, and so you would need headless browsers to parse and execute it all during registration and posting processes. Currently no commercial bots that I know of support the platform, so you may want to look at hiring a freelancer to work with ZennoPoster or BAS on something for you.
