wittyhat scammer

I bought ebay accounts from BHW member Wittyhat, i had been communicating through Skype and after i paid he said a day or so later that the atm cards for paypal were shipped and he would update me when i would have access to the ebay accounts and thats been a couple days ago and i get no response from him on Skype. Has anyone else out there dealt with him I'm worried i have been scammed!

How did you pay him? Just do a chargeback then?
