1. Find easy keywords

2. Create content around the keywords you found

3. Build site with all of the important SEO stuff (siloing, CWV, speed, mobile friendliness, etc)

4. Publish the content in their respective silos and interlink all of the relevant pieces of content within each silo, among themselves

5. Monitor, track, fix, adjust as necessary, and then profit....

EDIT: it's important to note that even if you do find easy keywords, your content still needs to be of high quality (ie. address the intent and potential questions the people might have, thoroughly), otherwise you might still not rank (if, for example, you use 100% unedited and not fact-checked AI content)
