Withheld account x, how to handle it ?

Some of my accounts are currently experiencing a 'Withheld ID' restriction, and I am unsure how to fix this. Are these accounts still viable to sell?

Selling restricted accounts could easily lead to disputes if the buyer encounters the same limitation

If the account cannot be recovered, trading will be difficult.

Personally I wouldn't buy or sell a restricted account without clearly disclosing the restriction.

I don't understand why X shows that to you, ID verification is not mandatory right? Why show u this
