Withdrawing money from PP in unsupported countries

This is a bit of advice I found on the Internet:

To do this you need to have three accounts
1. pp Account
2. GetAFreelance* acc
3. Money*ookers acc

1. First login to your GAF account
2. Go to Manage Accounts
3. Payment Transactions
4. Deposit Money
5. Choose pp
6. Now enter the amount
7. Click Next
8. Complete the transaction

Once you have withdraw the money from pp to GAF, again

1. Click on Payment transactions
2. Click Withdraw Money
3. Choose Moneybooke*s
4. Choose the amount you want to transfer to Mone*bookers
5. Complete the transaction

GetAFree*ance will take about a week to transfer your money to Moneybooke*s account. From M*neybookers you can wire the money to your local bank accounts.

Usefull info, but it looks like a method that can be used to launder money.

yes good information but 10-15 days ago i found a DP seller was selling something like that.

Pity Ikobo has gone, as that was a great system, much better than paypal. If you have a friend, you can send them paypal and they send you western union, but that is also a big hassle and costly
 
A more legit method is to create two accounts on getafreelancer, a buyer and a seller account. Then you "buy" from the seller, transfer money between the two accounts, and then you don't have to worry about it so much as long as they can't tell that you are really the same person. If you do it this way you will have to pay extra fees but you don't have to worry so much. If you just deposit money and then withdraw it again, for sure you are going to have problems, especially if it is a lot of money.
 
Yes, very useful but I tried this already before 2 years ago and admin from GAF freezed my payment once and said that they were not money exchanger and refunded my money again.

But also I withdraw payment around 5 times. It is good if you are in emergency but later they will ask for your authorized papers if you are caught. But if you are active member and always receive amount in GAF and have good relationship with them then there won't be problem.

And after that I never re-registered with them.
 
Get yourself a merchant account and setup a way to take paypal payments etc then simply buy an item from yourself.
 
yeah this method doesn't work with large amounts

I also tried it a while back with several $100...
so don't even try it especially if you're a new member

the other way, having two GAF accounts and using different IP's may work but I wouldn't take the risk

Perhaps if you know another GetAFreelancer member you could make a plan together to transfer the money.

I know this is an old post but it's better to warn people before they make a stupid mistake and waste their time.

I created multiple accounts in GAF and they temporarily suspended all of my account, I only can use one of those according to their TOS they told me that. I am having hard time now reactivating that one I want to keep.
 
Why don't you just buy shit cheap off ebay and sell it for cash on CL or gumtree.
You could post an add before it's delivered and have a buyer waiting. Look for the
right stuff and make a profit too.
 
I have a GAF debit master card also. I can withdraw cash by using that card from my countries local ATM. The card is basically from Payoneer and GAF is affiliated with them. I have $90 in my GAF account and I was planning to transfer another $80 from my pay pal to GAF. I thought I would able to withdraw the total $170 using the GAF debit card from a local ATM but I cant now. They temporarily suspended my account next day I requested the withdraw. I think it wont work if you are not getting the money from internal GAF source. Its not going to work if you only transfer from paypal or other source other then GAF internal source.

dude , you did mistake thats why GAF suspended your account

the actual method is not like that , OP did a mistake , read TOS of GAF

they dont allow u to withdraw your deposited money from GAF account

you can withdraw your earnings from GAF

the actual working method is......

1. open 2 GAF account ( 1 Buyer & 1 Seller )
2. get gold membership for the seller ( provider) account its 12$/month
3. post a fake project on GAF that u gotta higher someone for your project ( with your buyer account )
4. Bid on that project
5.select winner ( your seller account )

then transfer money from your buyer account to seller account

like this way if u deposit your money into buyer account & transfer money into your seller account & withdraw that , you will be fine , u will not face any problem

so far about memebership fees 12$ , u gotta pay that bcoz if u dont do that , you will be charged 10% fee whatever u bid on project

say if u want to transfer 100$ , they will deduct 10$ from you

I did this shit tons of time without any issue

its a nice solid method

Thanks dude, I tried that too but I dont know why it didnt work with me!!! I had 3 accounts there and all of those were gold. I just calceled 2 accounts gold membeship just before the day I got suspenden. Now 2 of my accounts are closed and one is awaiting for the GAF support team verification with $90 in it. I don't know whether I am going to get the money or not.
 
(If someone has mentioned this method already - MOD, please delete this post)

FYI:

If GAF (get a freelanc3r) noticed that you are uploading money from PP to your GAF and then withdrawing it to your MoneyBookers without any further transactions on GAF itself. They'll suspend your account along with the money you have uploaded/debited to your GAF account - Because its in there TOS that you can't use there service for Money-Exchange or any such activities.

Solution:


  1. Create two account on GAF. (e.g. Account-A & Account-B)
  2. Upload money to Account-A from your PP then Signout of Account-A.
  3. Transfer money to Account-B from Account-A.
  4. Clear Cookies and better if you can change your IP.
  5. Login to your Account-B.
  6. Withdraw your money from your Account-B to your MoneyBookers.
This is completely safe and implemented/tested method.

well , it make sense we need to change IP & delete cookies while using multiple accounts
