Withdrawing Money from a Paypal after 180 days?

Hello guys! My paypal was limited a while ago, but the 180 have passed it still has £44 in it that i need out :( , problem is the account has another name , the name is the one i used in the gaming community to gain money for doing graphics designing etc , i cant add a bank acc , is there ANY way to get it out and spend the money online? :(
