Withdrawing From Amazon?

Hello Guys,

A friend of mine is selling on Amazon lately and when we tried withdrawing his earnings but he could only add a bank account from USA, UK, FRANCE, GERMANY etc. The weird thing is that only 5 countries were in the list and his country wasn't.

Any clues how to withdraw your earnings from Amazon Sellers program since he already registered with his country and also his credit / debit card is attached to his current country

Im from Slovenia and first got issued gift certificate. And since it works only on amazondotcom I changed it via support to "pay by check" ;
support stuff said I ll wait 8 weeks before I ll get check home
