Withdrawal problems at CLICKBANK?

I wanted to start using Clickbank but I want to protect myself from unexpected problems. I noticed on other affiliate platforms that some, for example, only pay out to US citizens. That's why I'm really afraid of investing a lot of time and energy for which I won't be compensated. I live in Austria and wanted to ask you if you have more information about it? Can I check somewhere whether a particular affiliate product actually pays out to Austrian citizens?
