Withdrawal issue with Poloniex!!!

Hi guys
someone occur a problem with poloniex for withdrawals? i'm waiting 36 hours for approval "1800 XRP" and it's seems that there's a lot of tickets are opened for this matter.

I have had all kinds of problems with them and decided not to use them until they get their act together! The good thing is there are options and you don't have to put up with Poiloniex customer abuse.

Can you imagine how many scared "investors" want to withdraw money now that coins are falling? Guessing thats the main reason for problems.

But yeah, Poloniex wasn't built to support so many daily users. Looks like they are overwhelmed with support tickets.

Yep ur right, and they cannot just hire someone to support them, since there's a risk. But this is really bad, they will lose more user cuz of this, i'm still waiting for withdrawal.

I've been waiting for my account to get verified with the $25K withdrawal limit for over 4 weeks now. Tickets are still pending. Fantastic, right? The $2K withdrawal limit is a joke. I use Polo just because they paid their users back after a DDOS hack.. unlike Kraken which basically told investors to fuck off once they lost 4-5 figures worth of their coins lol

Same thing here, but it's already one week, i did submit a ticket and will wait.
I'm using bittrex is the same time, still didn't have any problem with them, but will check with the withdrawal and report
