Withdrawable VCC?

Hello, I need a withdrawable VCC that I can link to a steath paypal to withdraw funds too, I dont want to link a real bank account to withdraw my paypal funds. I want something anonymous to where I can spend the money from a VCC or request a plactic card for the VCC if possible, does this exist or can anyone point me in the right direction of where to buy one? Ive been searching everywhere.

PayPal doesn't allow you to withdraw to a card...
 
You would need a VBA with a card linked to it, not sure how it would work. I think paypal offer some sort of "Paypal Visa" or something

There is no such thing since a virtual account you can withdraw to since paypal wont send funds to a non existant account.

To get the paypal debit card they do a credit check on you. Not a good idea for stealth.

The paypal visa will never work for stealth accounts. They ask for SSN, ID, Credit Check, proof of address, income, etc
 
Could possibly get around it in the UK as I faked id and proof of address, not sure how to get around credit rating though, maybe use a shelf baby but then you're getting into all types of black hat shit
