Paypal prepaid cards allow max $300 withdraw daily, from midnight to 11:59 A.M. After that, another $300 can be withdrawn. So if timed right, $600 in a 24 hr period.
i actually signed up for a prepaid papyalcard online last night but it says it will take 7-10 days until i receive in the mail and need to get the cash off faster. i also read on other forums that i can go into cvs and buy a prepaid paypal card instantly but once you try and activate card online you still have to wait for personalized card in the mail before being able to transfer and withdraw using that card but thanks for the $600 tip tho.
whats the catch? sounds very sus.
why not just tell me the name of the reloadable card you speak of?

I believe you can purchase and load a prepaid card like Greendot or something similar. Prepaid card is $5 and since it comes with a routing/acc # you can hook it up to your PP account as if it's a bank account. I'm not sure how long it takes to verify but once it does you can transfer your money there and then withdraw it using an ATM. You'll get fees from the ATM I think and from the card but you can do it.
Also, if you have an actual bank account, just transfer the money there and withdraw it then. It usually takes 72 hours.

I am waiting on micro deposits to link a new bank account. For the future withdrawing won't be an issue but currently I am in a time crunch and need to get out a decent amount of cash before then

you just need a bank account with online banking, so you can see the PIN without waiting for paper statements, verify the linked bank account then withdraw the money to it, it usually takes 2 business days for the money to arrive (at least for me), if you do it now, you can get it by Friday morning, but you need to be quick
or don't you have someone with a paypal acc who you can trust 100%, a family member or a friend, not a random joe though? because money exchange is another option, you send the money to his/her paypal and he/she sends it to you via Western Union, if it's really that urgent
or purchase something (which is in high demand and you know that you can sell it fast) with same day delivery and flip it locally, maybe you'll loose money in the process, but at least you'll have the money in time, it's also doable in 72 hours

Don't listen to pipe dreams of an evasive prepaid card. If you really need that bad. Find someone who'll let you send to them or do btc transfer. Get the cash via western union or money gram.

Careful though if this account from which money being withdrawn is a churn and burn. Whoever you transfer funds to have their account shutdown if they do this more than once and it they're are labelled as being in collusion w/ "blackhat" associates. Otherwise, good advice.
