What if you are under 18 and don't want your family to fill the tax form for you.? Can't they like keep 30% of what I've earned and I get the rest?

Unfortunately, that is not the case. I am 13 and filled out the form, I'm pretty sure you can fill out the tax form no matter how old you are.

its not necessary to fill out form just fill your name and PP email address

In the tax form I just had to enter my name as far as I remember..

Write fake address, they can't prove that you're not living there so it's okay. I put only my real name and phone number in the feature if something happen and can't login to my account i send them passport for recover.
