withdraw from paypal after 180 days

i have a paypal stealth account and unlimited after 180 days. email from paypal was recevied saying that i can withdraw to bank.


however, the bank account registered was not mine and i have try to add payoneer account, but fail.


this paypal is from US but i am not in US.


could anyone suggest what can i do?

any us bank account will do, do you have a friend that has an account?

there are also people that will buy the account but you will only get about 50% of what is in it

it is US7500, i want the money go to my paypal in hk or payoneer card

please tell me your charge and the procedures what you are going to do

and most importantly, please guarantee if you can withdraw the money for me successfully!

i have my own paypal but it is not from US and don't want to receive that money as i am afraid paypal will linkup my account.

you can send your money to another paypal acount and ask that person to withdraw that and do wire transfer to your bank account, hit me pm if you like this idea.

is it necessary for the receiver to be US paypal?

and moreover, i am not sure if paypal allow me to send money...

paypal don't allowed reference in withdrawal and you can't withdrawal to paxum.

Suggestion.. set up bank account. Get address. Create new paypal. Send it over to self.

7500 is alot..
take it wisely, Only do business with reputed member who has done some recent work...
The mediator will atleast charge you 30% of your money..
And you cant send it to another paypal account..

what i will suggest you is to call paypal letting them know that you want to withdraw the money to your bank (dont tell its payoneer's bank) ,if one denies, call them again and again till someone agrees.
It works!

Payoneer cannot go through. It's blocked, I had a client try and it didn't work for them and heed Mas advice.
So is netspend cards. Their system can detect those types of cards.

Was the bank account you tried to add a set up with a U.S. bank that wasn't associated with another bank account? At this point you can call PP (or have someone call for you) to try to add an account over the phone, create a new PP account, link the new account to a bank, and try to send the money to the account OR try to get help opening a U.S. bank account. They won't let you link payoneer and the only prepaid accounts I can think of that PayPal will accept aren't going to let you load $7500.
