With which tool can I achieve this?

There are many comments on the blog below. When I try this with Scrapebox, I don't see any change, although it shows up as successful. What tool might work best for blogs like this one?

I am happy with Scrapebox but wanted to ask because I want to do something different.

Its not an auto approve site any more from what I can see. might have missed something but sometimes when a page fills up like that a moderator turns off auto approve and makes it go to moderation moving forward but does not cleanup any comments already there.
