By using VPN i found my website rank higher . But with my regular location its rank lower . Why ?

Geo specific keywords and gmb rank different depending on location. Vpn usually has a location of a datacenter in a city.

Because your website is ranking in a specific country, for example, if your targeted audience is in Germany, then your website ranks in Germany. However, when searching in your own country, your website ranking is low.
