With stats like these, easy to flip?

Ok, so these are just generic words, like for example "crys" or "gets". Not really product or service related, just plain english words. 4 letters long. Available in .info domain... My question is, with search numbers like these from adwords keyword tool, should they be easy to flip for $XX to $XXX in general? I was going to register 3 of the 4, and GoDaddy managed to scoop them from me (had to cart, they were available, then while I was inputting my information, they were suddenly unavailable...) Only registered one of them. Its a generic word, 823,000 phrase searches. .Info domain. This will be my first venture into flipping a domain.

Try getting it ranking first - once it's on the first page it should be an easy sell.
