Witch programs do you trust in Amazon softwares ?

Just want to know imagine you want to invest in software

Was looking on Amazon software (http://www.amazon.com/) look like a jungle for me, may you please

1- tell me witch one do you prefer in all (making pages, rss, ftp shop online, antivirus spyware adware.................)

2- and witch ones you use more often
