Wire Transfer Issue ( JP Morgan Chase Bank )

Hello,

I try to send Fund to India Using my JP Morgan Chase Bank. Add recipient Successfully. When i transfer the fund at end will get Error Report

"We are unable to Process your Response. Try again later ( 13002 ) ". I already Ticker created on Bank. But still not received any confirmation Mail. Can u tell me anyone, what issue on my Bank Account.
