windows xp pro reformat/reinstall discoot

Hi, I got a windows xp pro on a HP laptop that I want to do a complete reboot. Is there anywhere I can find a free bootable file to stick a dvdr ? Would WINDOWS XP Regular Disc work or do I need WINDOWS XP PRO ?
