windows xp ip rotator(proxy rotator)

i am in search of a windows xp proxy rotator

i need this to be able to load from a txt file, and change every so often..or whenever i want it, I guess..

Anyone know of any public software?

Tried..Proxy Switcher(trial has ran out), and a few others..
