Hello,

I am sorry if I am posting the thread on the wrong place.

I need windows VPS hosting and I need like 40 servers. They won't be used for any illegal activies. I need recommendation at the lowest price. I need 1CPU and 3GB RAM for every of the servers. Let me know your best providers.

Check in hosting section instead of 1 core and 3G windows get at least 2 core.
 
How about renting a dedicated server, installing hyperv and creating 40 vms yourself, is that an option?
 
I can install them on Esxi but probably I will need 2 dedicated servers. I wont be able to create 40VMs on one dedicated server so the price will be nearly the same. Or can you give me suggestions or instruction.

Maybe VPS plans from rockhoster.com and theelector.com can be good for you.
Check out their packages.
 
It will costs a lot if you use google cloud, microsoft azure or aws amazon, but pretty sure that will save you the headache of finding trusted servers. If you like you can buy lots of accounts that has free tiers/usage.

I have been using AWS since 2014, though I tried azure and cloud, but so far aws gives the best platform. Quite expensive but worth it.
