Windows VPS which don't have problem with Copyright Content Uploading & Downloading???

    Alright, so i just bought a VPS 2 days ago, downloaded 3 new movies today from torrent sites, and just an hour ago i received a mail from the owner of VPS he said...

    "Greetings,
    We have received an Copyright Infringement Notice against your VPS so we have closed your Bit torrent.
    Please remember, hosting illegal and copyrighted contents are against our TOS. This is the final warning, if we receive anymore copyright infringement against your VPS then you will be terminated."

    Now that VPS, is completely USELESS for me!

    So do you guys know any VPS where i could download and upload copyright content for my website; which is based upon games n movies niche (offcourse copyright stuff)

    My Requirements:
    Good Down: & UP: speed
    Good Processing Speed
    HDD: 40 GB to 80GB (is enough for me)

    Use a seedbox mate if the only thing you do on a vps is using torrent.

    Actually i also do something else, i use UHARC and other tools which are used for compressing stuff, i upload compressed stuff for my website so i think that won't be performed by Seedbox.. will it?
