Hi I am creating a movie website for a client, we need to upload movies, but we don't want to do from our location, so I thought to rent a vps do the uploading from a 3rd location to the VPS, and then upload the content/movies to the streaming hosting from there.

Do you know any Window VPS that doesn't care about copyright movies, also probably some porn.

That I think are hosting vps I am talking about a vps with windows installed where I can download and uploads
 
If your looking for vps to download and upload to moviesites, look for a seedbox, way more cheaper and got all the software preinstalled for torrents, ftp, newsgroups etc. Bandwidth also bigger and cheaper. They start at 5$ per month.

If looking for a joint venture, i can do over 100 uploads to different movie streaming hosts a day. Have acces to many movies, just at the moment not the time to run a full time moviewebsite
 
thanks we come out with a method to dont downlaod uplaod, but just remote upload, from existing, links
 
@OP You always can get a Linux Offshore VPS and use it as VPN .
Most of the offshore providers wont even bother tracking their customers
By the way if you will upload via VPS then make sure your plan include an nice amount of bandwidth :)
