Was suggesting Serverhosh because they are the cheapest priced and had good reviews in their thread here.

Have you checked out the VPS sellers here on BHW? I remember seeing one for about $9 per month. Not sure about the price or quality though.

TBH its not. They have either used stolen copies of windows, but there is no way possible to charge that much less when microsoft charges at least 12 bucks a month for the license.
