Windows Dedicated Server for Proxy Port Scanning?

Anyone to recommend good and reliable hosting company to provide Windows Dedicated Server and is fine with proxy port scanning?

I have this setup already. But its way too tiny compared to linux. Inspite of having a dedicated server I am not able to use the program. The resource and time consumption is higher. I would suggest get in touch with NIXMY. He's the right person to suggest you what works the best
